  My opinion has changed about this store. The clothes are adorable and so are the shoes but the employees are incredibly disrespectful! I ordered a blouse from the official website and I sent it for ship to store. I went to the store to pick it up, and I got the WRONG item. The employee served customers like nothing was wrong instead of calling a team leader or a manager, she put me on the side. Didn't catch her name but I wish I did, she did not hear me many times when I told her I didnt have the order # but the best I could do was pull up the blouse from the website but she scolded at me and wanted to know the # but I told her "Ma'am thats what I'm saying, I've told you I don't have the order #. I pulled up the blouse." Meanwhile she moves the screen around, it's not your phone. She says she might have the blouse in the store and she finds it. I ask her if I can try it on and she sighs and rolls her eyes and says yes (the attitude..). The blouse did not fit me at all, it showed my bra strap and too much skin. I come out of the fitting room and tell her for a bigger size, she literally screams at me and says "I DON'T HAVE A BIGGER SIZE, THATS THE ONLY ONE I HAVE!" I calmly say, "Well I'd rather have a refund." She sighs, and refuses to gives me my shipping money. Thankfully, I found the customer service number and they were apologetic and gave me a refund for the shipping money. Rue21 of Chicago Ridge, please get better employees and please handle issues better.
