  Visually very run down. You will be waiting several hours in a cramped room with a TV you can't escape. There are some vending machines. Mix of all pets in waiting room. Brought my pet in for a free visit after adopting. Pet had ear infection. Was treated at no cost to me. I know they are one of the least expensive options for pet care which is why it's always so packed. Very friendly staff. Seriously need a bathroom upgrade. Also very scary dark lighting. Bring headphones to help you survive.
